Job Overview

The role of Digital Producer is a key contributor to driving digital strategy and solutions. This position requires experience in Content Management Systems (CMS) and knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM).


Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyse digital requests to provide actionable solutions.
  • Manage website content, navigation, and publishing through CMS and DAM systems.
  • Oversee product data and structure within PIM tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure effective digital initiatives.
  • Facilitate business requirements and designs, clearly communicating them into project tasks.
  • Define and manage the scope of work and stakeholder briefing process for digital projects.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and participate in agile methodologies.

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital producer or websites management role.
  • Experience gathering and translating business requirements into effective digital solutions.
  • Experience using Magento and/or WordPress or other CMS in an admin or content management role.
  • Experience with issue and process management; Jira experience preferred.
  • Project management skills and ability to handle large datasets.
  • Understanding of SEO principles as they relate to content management.
  • Experience in content authoring and adapting content for the web.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate with external agencies.
  • Interest in adopting new technologies and digital implementation.
