The Role:

  • Remaining organised and adaptable during huge trading events like Click Frenzy, Black Friday & Cyber Monday
  • Contributing to sales growth and supporting your team to achieve seasonal targets
  • Working across registers, replenishment, and customer queries in a fast-paced environment
The Ideal Candidate:
  • You thrive in a busy retail environment, embracing the festive energy and teamwork
  • Retail or customer service experience is beneficial, but a positive attitude is essential
  • Flexible to work weekends, late nights & extended trading hours during peak periods
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills enable effective collaboration with colleagues
  • Quick to learn and eager to help wherever needed
