Job Overview

This role provides foundational IT and telecommunications support to staff and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical assistance and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and action customer queries, incidents, problems, and requests in a timely manner
  • Provide expert technical assistance and resolve issues or escalate to higher-level support teams as needed
  • Participate in after-hours support roster and IT projects as assigned by the Service Desk and Technical Support Manager
  • Achieve minimum personal NPS score and team NPS score as set by the Service Desk and Technical Support Manager
About You

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional with:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting IT teams in large enterprise organisations
  • Demonstrated experience in fast-paced customer service or customer support roles
  • Experience providing remote and in-person technology support in large geographically dispersed enterprises
  • Vendor certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent experience
  • Experience using ServiceNow service desk system
  • ITIL certification and experience working in ITIL environments
