Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans, coordinate resources and prioritize work to achieve project outcomes.
  • Mentor and coach team members on line design while ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality transmission line design work that meets defined standards.
  • Promote innovation by developing new methods or processes for transmission line and cable design.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering or Electrical Engineering is essential.
  • Membership of the Institution of Engineers Australia is also a must.
  • Extensive experience in electrical overhead line and underground cable engineering at transmission voltages is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in utility networks design is necessary.
