Transmission Line Design Engineer

We're seeking an experienced transmission line design engineer to lead our team in Western Australia.

This role involves overseeing technical delivery of overhead and underground transmission line projects from concept through to construction support.

As a vital part of our Power Transmission & Distribution team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and growing the transmission lines capability within the team
  • Delivering high-quality design and consulting services
  • Oversight of project delivery aligning with best practice, safety standards, and client requirements
  • Developing strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • Extensive experience in transmission line design, construction, and commissioning
  • Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary design teams
  • Strong technical expertise in transmission line design, including route selection and structure design
  • Experience in client-facing roles and developing relationships
