Job Profile

Clinical research associates play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of clinical trials. They conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure protocol compliance and patient safety.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Conducting on-site assessments to verify adherence to protocols and guarantee patient well-being.
  • Ongoing trial monitoring to identify and address any issues that may affect trial outcomes.
  • Collaboration with investigators and site staff to facilitate seamless study execution.
  • Data review and query resolution to maintain high-quality clinical data.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
