Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating and implementing effective global trading strategies to enhance program outcomes. This includes sharing domestic trading approaches with global counterparts, facilitating collaboration and exchange of best practices.

  • Lead and provide direction for digital media execution
  • Oversight of positional share, optimisation and negotiation of digital platform investment to deliver media cost efficiencies
  • Collaboration with the digital planning team on strategic digital media recommendations to optimise investment outcomes
  • Seek and recommend new digital media opportunities to accelerate performance of overall digital paid media
  • Drive strategic solutions across performance trading through new developments and opportunities within tech platforms
  • Ensure all digital media investment is delivered on time and to budget
About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in leading teams of digital professionals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, at the forefront of digital marketing and changing customer behaviour.

  • Expertise in creating API connectors, integrating ad tech into Power BI and strong reporting and data visualization tool experience
  • Advanced understanding and working knowledge of MarTech and integrations within internal systems
  • Experience across ad-server platforms and technologies, proven understanding of digital marketing principles and experience in omni-channel campaign delivery
  • Innovative, forward thinking approach with a test and learn mindset and experience in agile optimisation
  • Comfort in using data-driven approaches to develop targeting, measure, interpret results and optimise
  • Confidence and demonstrated experience in influencing senior stakeholders
