Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business meet high standards.

  • Manage the hotel's front office operations, including check-in/check-out processes, guest services, and room assignments.
  • Supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and high levels of employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, increase revenue, and enhance the overall guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar management role.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality software systems, including OPERA Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
