As a key player in our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all aspects of sales and store operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fashion, enjoy working in fast-paced environments, and thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, building strong rapport with regular customers and recognizing loyal customers to offer personalized advice and fashion consultation.
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, embodying its values of customer-centricity, excellence, honesty, and continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support duties such as stock management, fitting room assistance, and checkout operations.
  • Be flexible and adapt to changing priorities, including rotational weekend shifts and late-night trade.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for fashion and a keen eye for styling trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven experience in retail, preferably in a fashion setting, with a track record of success in driving sales results and exceeding customer expectations.
