Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

Mad Mex is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team at Marketown Newcastle. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small front-line team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, presentation, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and other operational expenses to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Basic food handling and food safety knowledge.
  • Medium to high level of computer literacy.
