About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills to provide advice on over the counter medication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and determine their needs, referring to the Pharmacist as required
  • Accept prescriptions to be dispensed
  • Ensure displays and shelves are clean, tidy and labelled correctly
  • Provide recommendations and advice to assist customers in managing their health

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience is essential
  • Prior pharmacy experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for this role
  • Merchandising skills are also desirable

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work 3 days per week, with an 8 hour shift, providing punctual and well-presented service to our customers.
