About the role
Ace Pharmacy Randwick (aka Simons Pharmacy) is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Randwick, NSW. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and accurate delivery of pharmacy services to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your pharmaceutical knowledge and customer service skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and dispense prescription medications under the supervision of a registered pharmacist
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication inventories
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns
- Assist with the ordering, receiving, and stocking of pharmaceutical supplies
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the pharmacy
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Completion of a recognised Pharmacy Technician qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation
- Ideally proficient in the use of Minfos pharmacy software and computer systems (training provided)
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule. Current hours offered are Monday to Wednesday 8:30am-5:30pm (negotiable)
