This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Reservations Sales Agent, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to handle all incoming reservations enquiries in a timely manner. This includes up-selling and maximizing revenue opportunities, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.
As a Reservations Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, and it is essential that you provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service at all times. You will also act as an ambassador for our company, enhancing our image and market reputation internally and externally.
Responsibilities include handling incoming calls and emails, providing information on our hotel and services, and making recommendations to enhance the guest experience. You will also be responsible for processing reservations and managing cancellations, as well as maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless communication between departments.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be proficient in using hotel systems, such as Opera Cloud, and have experience in a similar reservations environment or customer service role.
