At our bakery, we're seeking a skilled Barista to join our team and help us create unforgettable moments for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and flair, ensuring every sip meets the highest standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers through outstanding service, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized and hygienic workspace, adhering to strict standards that meet or exceed industry requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to drive sales targets, promote a positive atmosphere and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- A minimum of one year's experience as a Barista, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality beverages and exceptional customer service.
- Punctuality, reliability and excellent communication skills are essential, as is a driver's license (although not mandatory).
