Permanent Educator Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team in an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) setting. As a Permanent Educator, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives by providing high-quality educational programs and care.

About the Role:

  • Program Development: Plan and implement engaging educational programs for children aged 5-12, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Child-Centered Approach: Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment that caters to diverse needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of our OSHC services, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education is desirable but not essential. A Cert III or Diploma in an ACECQA-approved course (or willingness to obtain) is required.
  • Skills: Passion for working with children and helping them thrive; ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues; and relevant certifications (e.g., Working with Children Check).
