We are seeking dedicated and reflective beginning teachers to join our community of educators.

This role involves creating a positive, predictable learning environment that fosters inclusion and respect. Our goal is to provide high-quality education for all students, and we support our teachers in developing effective teaching strategies using external resources such as Ochre, EMP, Jocelyn Seamer, Decodable Readers Australia, VLPs & Read2Learn.

  • Establish and maintain routines, processes, and structures that promote safe, purposeful classrooms.
  • Demonstrate an awareness of Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) to cater to diverse student needs.
  • Foster a positive school culture underpinned by relational practices and student voice.
  • Use data and evidence to inform planning, instruction, and intervention.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to design, deliver, and reflect on high-quality curriculum and pedagogy.
