We are seeking dedicated and reflective beginning teachers to join our community of educators.
This role involves creating a positive, predictable learning environment that fosters inclusion and respect. Our goal is to provide high-quality education for all students, and we support our teachers in developing effective teaching strategies using external resources such as Ochre, EMP, Jocelyn Seamer, Decodable Readers Australia, VLPs & Read2Learn.

- Establish and maintain routines, processes, and structures that promote safe, purposeful classrooms.
- Demonstrate an awareness of Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) to cater to diverse student needs.
- Foster a positive school culture underpinned by relational practices and student voice.
- Use data and evidence to inform planning, instruction, and intervention.
- Work collaboratively with teams to design, deliver, and reflect on high-quality curriculum and pedagogy.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong knowledge of relevant curriculum and literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to respond to student learning needs.
- Capacity to implement high-impact teaching strategies and evaluate the impact of learning and teaching programs.
- Capacity to monitor and assess student learning and use data to inform teaching practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to establish collaborative relationships.
- Commitment to inclusive education and school values.
