Director/Teacher Role

C&K Coomera Community Kindergarten is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Professional to join our team.

About the Position

This permanent part-time role involves working Thursday, Friday and alternate Wednesday. The ideal candidate will be given training and support to implement C&K's revised curriculum 'Listening & Learning Together'. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining beautiful natural learning environments for children and educators
  • Implementing C&K's new revised curriculum 'Listening & Learning Together'
  • Providing high-quality education and care to children
  • Building relationships with families and the local community
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve educational goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in early childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification)
  • Current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers desirable
  • Knowledge of National Quality Framework and Standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
