Job Description

As a Career Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting our participants to achieve their career goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strong relationships with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience
  • Assisting with resume development, job applications, and interview preparation
  • Identifying and addressing barriers to employment and creating solutions to support participants in the workplace
  • Creating job plans to support clear pathways into sustainable employment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Full Australian working rights
  • A full Australian driver's license
