Leigh Place Aged Care is seeking a Customer Relations & Admissions Officer to join their organisation. We provide high-quality care and support to residents based on engaging, compassionate and considerate interactions that cater to individual needs, preferences, identity, culture and diversity.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage occupancy and admissions processes ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
  • Coordinate intake procedures, administration and data entry tasks.
  • Act as primary contact and maintain communication with residents, families and staff during transition periods.
  • Maintain referral networks with healthcare providers and other organisations to secure referrals.
  • Ensure resident needs are met and address concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Manage resident surveys and assist with HR matters.
  • Provide reception coverage when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • A sympathetic and warm disposition is necessary.
  • Display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
  • Holding a current Police Check is mandatory.
