We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in our growing Recovery and Restructuring practice.About the Role

This role involves acting on behalf of major banks and non-bank lenders on secured and unsecured recovery matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of files with fast-paced work environment
  • Work alongside lawyers in compliance and quality assurance
  • Prepare and issue legal documents, including statutory notices and court documents
  • Liaise with clients via online portal and make outbound/inbound calls for sensitive financial matters
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational skills and drafting abilities
  • Able to handle large workload and keep up-to-date
  • Self-motivated, driven, and professional outlook
  • Experience in secured or unsecured recoveries advantageous
