About Horticulture Work

We are seeking expressions of interest from horticulture enthusiasts to join our team in a 3-4 year apprenticeship program. The successful applicant will gain qualifications and experience in all aspects of gardening work, including pruning, weed control, hedging & shaping, fertilising, plant selection, planting, soil/compost addition, mulching, irrigation, lawn care and installation.


Key Responsibilities
  • All aspects of horticulture (garden maintenance) and some landscaping work.
  • Working with respected clients.
  • Work in a physical environment, have the right attitude and willingness to learn in a hardworking and supportive team.
  • Presentable and able to communicate in a professional manner.
  • Comfortable working with tools, including working on ladders.
  • Able to work unsupervised and has great attention to detail.
