About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Cyber Security professionals to join our teams across various disciplines.

As a Cyber Security professional at Jacobs, you will work in a state-of-the-art facility, collaborating with a range of experts to develop and implement cutting-edge cyber defensive and offensive capabilities.

Our teams are focused on testing new cyber capabilities, leveraging machine learning to enhance the Australian Defence Force's (ADF) ability to manage cyber threats, and developing robust systems to counter growing threats.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of activities, including:

  • Systems Administration
  • Cyber Security Architecture
  • Simulation Exercise Planning
  • Cyber Security Policy Development
  • Cyber Security Risk and Compliance Management
  • Cyber Security Certification and Accreditation
  • Threat Emulation and Simulation
  • Threat Hunting and Analysis
  • Cyber Threat Intelligence
  • Cyber Systems Design and Development
  • Cyber Security Incident Response

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cyber Security
  • Experience with Linux and Windows platforms, VMware virtualization, and automation
  • Demonstrated experience in a Defence environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Australian citizenship and NV1 security clearance
