Speech Pathologist Job Opportunity

We are a leading provider of NDIS services, supporting thousands of participants every year. Our team takes a multi-disciplinary approach to building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their family.

As a Speech Pathologist, you will be part of a diverse and passionate team who enjoy collaborating in a multi-disciplinary setting. You will have the flexibility to work in various settings, including clinics and the community, and will be supported by a large team of Speech Pathologists across the Hunter Region.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services
  • Working with children and adults to assess and implement interventions for communication and swallowing difficulties
  • Providing supports to individuals with complex needs, including those with neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation
  • Collaborating with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists as part of a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a multi-disciplinary team setting
  • A passion for collaboration and teamwork
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload effectively
