
Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to making a positive impact.
This role involves providing support to individuals of all ages and abilities, assisting them to achieve their goals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload covering areas such as early intervention, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and supporting others, a passion for collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team, and a desire to make a real difference within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services
- Providing supports for Early Years (0-5) clients, including clinic/home-based early intervention and parent coaching
- Working with school-aged children (5-18) on literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessment and implementation
- Supporting adults with functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management, as well as neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation
- Delivering neuro-affirming supports to our large neurodivergent population across all age groups

Requirements:
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
- Experience leading and supporting others
- A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team
- A desire to make a real difference within the community
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS
