About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Christmas Casual Customer Assistant at Dusk. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our stores during the peak holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of our stores, including merchandising and displaying products in a way that showcases our brand's aesthetic.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including candles and homeware, to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a positive work environment, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, with the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
