Job Role Summary

This dynamic and caring role within our Wellbeing team is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to work collaboratively with residents, families, clinical staff and other team members. As a wellbeing professional, you will have the chance to support people as they transition into aged care, ensuring their emotional and spiritual needs are met at this new stage of their life.

The successful candidate will be flexible in rostering and program delivery, able to prioritise tasks, self-manage and work independently and within a team environment. They will also have the ability to build meaningful connections with our residents, encouraging them to express themselves through different forms of arts, crafts and other activities and experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting the physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being of our residents;
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans in consultation with residents, families and healthcare professionals;
  • Collaborating with the Wellbeing team to deliver programs and activities that meet the diverse needs and preferences of our residents;
  • Providing emotional support and advocacy for residents and their families;
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery;
