Insurance Account Development Specialist

Our client is a trusted advisor to commercial, corporate and SME clients across the medical space. Due to their success and growth, they are seeking an additional Insurance Account Development Specialist to join their team.
The role offers an opportunity to develop a long-term career with the business, providing assistance on all general insurance needs for existing clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in an open and supportive office environment where you can build a career. As an Insurance Account Development Specialist, you will assist in managing a portfolio of existing corporate and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in managing an existing portfolio of commercial & SME clients
- Review clients' programs prior to renewal, working closely with Senior Brokers
- Provide risk management advice and comprehensive insurance knowledge to clients
- Undertake general broking support tasks and provide customer service through timely action of client requests
You will be responsible for maintaining industry knowledge and staying up to date with insurance trends.
Requirements:- General insurance or broking experience is necessary
- Broking qualification or willingness to complete qualifications
- High level attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Strong drive and motivation, with the ability to work independently
- An attractive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
- A collaborative and supportive environment working alongside industry professionals
