Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance of effective working relationships with insurers and clients.
  • Provide assistance in all aspects of client service and account management, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Build relationships as a trusted advisor through face-to-face client meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and database management.
  • Liaise with internal teams to process invoicing and related policy documentation.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for client meetings and business reviews.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant general insurance experience in broking, preferably with 2+ years of industry experience.
  • A completed Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance qualification.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to learn new skills and concepts, with a strong desire to continuously develop your knowledge and expertise.
