Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-orientated Store Manager to lead our site in Melbourne.

The successful applicant will achieve sales targets by motivating, inspiring, and guiding a team to drive sales through enhanced customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth, meet sales targets, and achieve Key Performance Indicators
  • Inspire and motivate team members, leading by example
  • Recruit and train new team members
  • Ensure the store complies with all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements
  • Facilitate efficient operations of all aspects of the store, including stock control, cost management, and financial reporting
  • Resolve day-to-day inefficiencies and customer service issues
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve store goals through planned rostering and cost control methods
Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience from Pub, Club, Retail, or Multi-Format Stores
  • Demonstrated leadership, sales target achievement, and exceptional store standards
  • Outstanding computer skills, including Advanced Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple organizational layers
