Job Title: Clinical Leader

Eldercare, a leading not-for-profit aged care provider in South Australia, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Leader to join our team at The Lodge in Wayville.

About the Role:

As a Clinical Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualised nursing care to our residents. You will work closely with staff, residents, and families, utilising your clinical experience and people skills in an engaging leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as a Registered Nurse - Level 2
  • Lead and mentor staff to deliver the best resident-focused care
  • Actively contribute to the development of operational areas, including Palliative Care, Continuous Improvement, Rostering, Human Resources, and Work Health Safety
Requirements:
  • Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification, including a current AHPRA registration
  • Genuine passion for providing individualised clinical care to support ageing in place
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
