Project Management Expertise

This role presents a distinctive opportunity to spearhead the development, implementation, and management of project methodologies within a fast-growing and diverse city.

  • Monitor trends in project methodology adoption, identify gaps, and prioritize enhancements based on user feedback, audit insights, and delivery outcomes.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and guidance to elevate project management knowledge and expertise across the organization.
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive project management induction training for newly onboarded project professionals.
  • Maintain and update project management e-learning modules and supporting materials.
  • Establish metrics and reporting to measure expertise uplift and framework effectiveness.
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to embed best practice project management disciplines and promote continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in a relevant field, along with significant subsequent experience or higher qualifications in project management. They will also demonstrate expertise in project methodologies, frameworks, and capability uplift within complex organizations.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, provide practical solutions, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
