, About This Opportunity:

Our church is seeking a skilled and organized individual to take on the role of Church Administrator. As the organizational heartbeat of the church, you will provide vital support to our pastoral team, elders, ministry leaders, and congregation.


, Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, MEB accounts, and monthly reporting
  • Maintain church records, manage venue bookings, coordinate contractors, and support pastoral care systems
  • Assist the Pastors, Board, Treasurer, and Secretary with communication and documentation
  • Manage policies, insurance, Safe Church compliance, and support risk management
  • Coordinate newsletters, event promotion, Sunday service slides, social media, website updates, and advertising
  • Welcoming all who call, visit, or reach out to the church

, What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a committed Christian with a heart for local church ministry and alignment with our mission. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, highly organized, and confident managing multiple priorities. A Certificate IV in Business, Ministry, or similar, or extensive relevant experience, is required.


, Additional Information:

This role offers flexible working arrangements, salary, and conditions negotiable based on the recommendations of Churches of Christ. Commencement date will be negotiated.
