Job Summary

This role involves working as a Senior Claims Assessor within the Trade Credit & Surety business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing claims in a timely and compliant manner, conducting all written and verbal communications with clients, and maintaining a customer service focus when managing difficult situations.

About You

We are looking for a driven and motivated individual who is commercially minded and solution focused. Key requirements include:

  • Insolvency background or Claims experience ideally business claims
  • Experience dealing with brokers is highly regarded
  • Strong experience in a customer-focused role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients
