Compliance and Validation Specialist

The Compliance and Validation Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization maintains the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure regulatory compliance is focused on initiatives that support our strategy and meet regulatory deadlines.
  • Participate in pre-release validations for new course materials and administer post-release validation schedules.
  • Provide general compliance support for the organization on matters including VET Quality Framework, Quality Management System (QMS), and policies and procedures.
  • Drive process and technological improvements for validation management and participate in internal monitoring reviews.

Requirements

  • Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or plan to obtain it.
  • Experience working in compliance within vocational education and training and Registered Training Organisations.
  • Positive communication style with experience across various stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of key legislation, policies, and procedures relevant to Registered Training Organisations.
  • Continuous improvement experience and skills in optimising work processes.
