Market Strategist Role

Bayside English is a registered education provider with a strong reputation for excellence. As a dynamic marketing specialist, you will play a key role in driving our marketing strategy to recruit international students and establish new partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive advertising campaigns that align with sales objectives and promote our brand globally
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, collaborating closely with copywriters, media specialists, and designers
  • Prepare and implement tailored marketing strategies, policies, and programs to meet business goals
  • Advise on the marketing mix, including product positioning, pricing strategies, promotional tactics, and distribution channels to maximize visibility and student engagement locally and internationally
  • Coordinate and organize promotional events, ensuring timely delivery of all materials and merchandise
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for existing and upcoming courses
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business development goals
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications
  • Knowledge of ESOS Act, National Code, and Immigration Student Visa regulations
  • Demonstrated sales and/or marketing experience in international education
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and one or more target languages
  • Sound understanding of cross-cultural issues and benefits
  • Ability to build and maintain national and international business relationships
