About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to oversee a network of 10 services providing high-level inclusion support to Nominated Supervisors and driving process improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating the OSHC team to achieve service objectives and deliver high-quality care to children. They will provide guidance and support to Nominated Supervisors in implementing inclusive practices and meeting compliance standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the OSHC team to achieve service objectives and deliver high-quality care to children
  • Providing guidance and support to Nominated Supervisors in implementing inclusive practices and meeting compliance standards
  • Offering professional development opportunities and training to enhance staff skills and competencies
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging teamwork and mutual respect
  • Monitoring staff performance and providing regular feedback to help staff reach their full potential

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as experience in managing finances and maintaining a high-quality nurturing environment for children.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in a school-aged care setting
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within OSHC Services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound financial management skills
  • Proficiency in policy development, implementation, and compliance
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strategic thinking and forward-looking mindset to drive continuous improvement
