About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with lenders on preparation and progression of matters through relevant courts.
  • Drafting agreements and security documents.
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies to fulfill obligations under relevant legislation.
  • Maintenance of accurate file management from start to finish.
  • Preparing and issuing legal documents, including demands and court documents.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients.
  • Operation of wide range of insolvency files, maintaining regular correspondence with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Highly organized, with excellent drafting skills and close attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle time-sensitive work effectively.
  • Professional outlook, confident phone manner, and ability to manage sensitive conversations.
