Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Driver to join our team. As an Operations Driver, you will be responsible for managing our e-bike fleets, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires strong driving skills, physical stamina, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a service vehicle (van, Ute, or small electric vehicle) to pick up e-bikes across the city and move them to high-demand locations.
  • Work independently or as part of a team, depending on the situation.
  • Ensure all e-bikes are properly maintained and stored.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including punctuality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Hold an open class NSW Driver Licence.
  • Be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • Be flexible to work regular evenings, nights, and/or weekends.
  • Have the ability to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver 25-28 kg.
  • Have some experience working as a driver (e.g., courier, Uber, removalist, etc.).
  • Be a fast learner, comfortable working with technology, and able to multitask.
  • Be a safe and competent driver, able to be in charge of a vehicle.
  • Be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Be able to provide excellent customer service and handle basic customer inquiries.
  • Be a team player, able to work well with others in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Be at least 21 years old to apply for this role.
  • Have a suitable smartphone to perform this role (generally an Apple or Android device from 2018 or newer).
