About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at APM. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
  • Assist individuals to return to meaningful engagement in occupations through the development of tailored rehabilitation plans
  • Conduct functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments to identify future employment or training options
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal
