Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and healthcare professionals to provide personalized support for injury recovery and work reintegration. Your expertise will be invaluable in identifying hurdles to return to work and developing effective solutions to achieve safe and sustainable recovery and return to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trust with clients and establish collaborative partnerships with stakeholders
  • Conduct comprehensive vocational assessments, transferable skills assessments, labour market research, and psychometric testing
  • Provide impactful vocational counselling, implement targeted interventions, and foster holistic well-being initiatives
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration among employers, medical experts, and allied health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Expertly identify and address obstacles hindering clients' successful return to work
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive and effective support network
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a qualified Provisional or Registered Psychologist with registration or the ability to acquire registration with AHPRA. If you're passionate about changing lives and making a real impact, we encourage you to apply.
