Senior Civil Designer Position
We are seeking an experienced Civil Designer for a full-time or contract role in Perth, Albany, Broome, and Darwin.
This is a senior position responsible for design and documentation from the schematic stage through to detailed documentation of civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed designs and drawings using AutoCAD and 12D or Civil 3D software.
- Coordinate with clients, other consultants, internal engineers, senior civil designers, and draftspersons for the documentation of civil engineering projects.
- Plan and complete design projects within agreed budgets and deadlines.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a self-motivated, team-orientated individual capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of employee benefits, including flexible working arrangements, health and wellbeing programs, excellent parental leave options, and more.
Requirements:
- Relevant industry experience, ideally 3+ years.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, 12D software, and/or Civil 3D.
- A sound knowledge of construction methods and health and safety regulations.
- Strong design capabilities and knowledge of Australian Standards and Codes and local government authorities.
- Experience within a consultancy environment will be highly regarded.
- TAFE qualification - Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree or similar equivalent industry experience.
