Store Manager Opportunity at Ally Fashion

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team and oversee all store operations at Ally Fashion. As a dynamic and experienced retail professional, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store activities, leading a team to achieve sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Manage the store's budget, including expenses and payroll.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for creating amazing customer experiences.
