Front Desk Car Rental Associate

We are seeking a driven and energetic individual to join our growing team as a Front Desk Car Rental Associate. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers.

• Interact with customers face-to-face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand and providing personalized assistance with rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.
• Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards.
• Inspect vehicles for any damages that occurred during previous rentals.

• Casual hourly pay including casual loadings + commission incentives (estimated salary: $25-$35 per hour)

• A full and valid driver's license is required.
• This is a casual position that requires a minimum availability of 3-4 days per week.
• Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.
