Perth Zoo is seeking skilled Food and Beverage Supervisors to lead our team and contribute to a unique and thrilling setting.

As a supervisor, you will play a key role in guiding and leading the team throughout their shift. Your responsibilities will include mentoring, training, and maintaining staff morale, as well as ensuring high-quality customer service and implementing effective quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the front of house team's daily operational demands
  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Establish and maintain quality customer service practices
  • Organise rosters as per operational requirements
  • Address elevated guest grievances

Requirements:

  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Previous experience in a comparable role
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including late finishes, weekends, and public holidays
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and infection control principles
