Your Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design and implement end-to-end modern data platforms that drive analytics and AI use cases">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define required data structures, formats, pipelines, metadata, and workload orchestration capabilities">
  • Address aspects like data privacy & security, ingestion & processing, storage & compute, consumption, modeling, virtualization, self-service preparation & analytics, AI enablement, and API integrations">

Requirements:

">
  • ">
  • 5+ years leading engagements from design to implementation of creative data solutions leveraging latest Big Data frameworks on-premise, cloud, or hybrid architectures">
  • 5+ years architecting solutions for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources using SQL, NoSQL, and data pipelines for real-time, streaming, batch, and on-demand workloads">
  • 3+ years experience with analytics/data management strategy formulation, architectural blueprinting, business case development, and effort estimation of disruptor-based analytics">
  • 3+ years working in cloud or multi-server complex environments, with experience in at least one hyper-scaler">
  • Skill in simplifying complex technical concepts into non-technical language for executives and stakeholders">
  • Experience with Agile development methods in data-oriented projects">
  • Strong SQL, Database, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, and Development skills">
  • Strong programming/scripting experience using Java, .NET, Python, Scala, JavaScript, etc.">
  • Experience with Cloud Big Data & Analytics Services on AWS (S3, Redshift, Athena, EMR, Glue, Quicksight, etc.)">
  • Experience with Dashboarding and Reporting Tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.)">
  • Experience with industry ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, etc.)">
  • Leadership skills with ability to manage teams, train, onboard, offboard, etc.">
  • Certifications in architecture, data engineering, and development from AWS (Preferred) / Azure / GCP">
  • Experience with data security, encryption, PII/PSI legislation, identity, and access management across sources and environments">
  • Familiarity with software configuration management environments and tools (JIRA, Git, Jenkins, TFS, Shell, PowerShell, Bitbucket)">

Pre-Sales Engagement & Commercial Expertise:

  • ">
  • Collaborate with sales team to formulate and execute sales strategies for adopting data technologies">
  • Lead professional services elements of data proposals and RFP/RFI responses, including scope, effort, pricing models, and SOW development">
  • Lead commercial negotiations for data SOWs, initially all SOWs, then focus on larger SOWs ($100k - $400k)">
  • Contribute to partner selection and onboarding for relevant opportunities">

Salary Range:$180,000-$250,000 per annum, dependent on experience
