Lead Product Manager - Kids Footwear

As a Lead Product Manager for Kids Footwear, you will play a pivotal role in shaping ranges that are trend-led, commercially successful, and aligned with our brand vision.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the end-to-end strategy and development of our Kids and Back-to-School collections. You will be responsible for building seasonal ranges that balance innovation, commercial goals, and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Seasonal Range Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver cohesive collections, balancing innovation, commercial goals, and brand identity.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product direction, ensuring our products meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a small, talented product development team as you drive the creation and execution of seasonal collections, mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years' experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Developer, ideally in kids footwear, with a proven track record of delivering successful product lines.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve their goals.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of technical footwear development, trend analysis, and costing, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business success.
