We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic radiographer or mammography practitioner to join our team.

BreastScreen Radiographer / Mammography Practitioner

The successful candidate will work as part of a highly skilled and supportive team, delivering screening services on a Saturday basis.

Our ideal candidate will be a skilled mammographer with the ability to work independently, as our small team provides Saturday screening. Above all, we are looking for someone who values excellence in care and is passionate about making a difference through early detection.

  • We require applicants to be female – exemption claimed under section 31 (2)(h) of the Anti-Discrimination Act.
  • The ideal candidate must hold relevant qualifications in Medical Radiation Science or equivalent/Graduate Diploma of Mammography/Certificate of Mammographic Practice (CMP).
  • Registered as a Medical Radiation Practitioner – Diagnostic Radiographer (General or Mammography registration) with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia where required.
  • A current EPA IA 14M/IA 14 radiation licence is also essential.
  • A current NSW Drivers Licence is mandatory.
  • The selected candidate must be available to work away on mobile screening vans for up to 6 days at a time.

We welcome applications from Level 2 and Level 3 Radiographers, as well as Mammography Practitioners. The successful candidate will be supported with a comprehensive orientation program, guidance from the Designated Radiographer, and access to in-house training delivered by our dedicated Tutors.
