Job Title: Operations Management Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Management Professional to oversee our daily operations and drive continuous quality enhancement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and production processes to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure products and services meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to drive continuous quality enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operational procedures and policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and excellence culture.
  • Analyse data and generate reports to inform management decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in similar operations or quality assurance role, ideally in hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve shared goals.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and report writing.
