Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Our Concentric Rehab Centre is seeking a dedicated Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Mentor. This rewarding role will provide you with the opportunity to share your expertise, shape best practices, and contribute to the growth of our multidisciplinary team.
About the RoleThis full-time or part-time position offers a generous remuneration package, including a professional development allowance, benefits, and salary sacrifice options. Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical mentoring to junior occupational therapists, instilling best practice and supporting their professional development.
- Collaborate with the Concentric Clinical Quality Development (CQD) team to progress the mission of Concentric Rehab Centre.
- Offer senior/expert consultations to clinicians and clients, ensuring seamless integration of therapy plans.
- Contribute to process development and innovative practice within paediatric occupational therapy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes within the NDIS and Community sectors.
- A competitive annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience, plus additional incentives.

To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Occupational Therapy, including experience working with children under the age of 2.
- Current APHRA registration.
- Valid Australian driver's license.
- Experience within the Paediatric NDIS Field.
- Experience Mentoring / Supervising Clinicians.
Please note that you will need to hold a current or obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
