**Venue Leadership Opportunity**

This iconic venue in the Northern Suburbs is seeking an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to lead their team. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role requires a strong leader who can drive results and exceed sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing profit. They will be solutions-focused, with excellent leadership skills and a passion for making customers happy.

In addition to their leadership skills, the successful candidate will have strong financial acumen, local area marketing expertise, and experience in recruiting and managing a high-performing team.

They will also possess high personal presentation standards and an eye for detail, ensuring that the venue is always presented to the highest standard.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and mentor the venue team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  • Manage the venue's finances, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement local area marketing strategies to attract new customers.
  • Recruit and manage a high-performing team, focusing on talent development and retention.
  • Maintain high personal presentation standards and ensure the venue is always presented to the highest standard.
